custom print sizes (huge custom posters)?

With several world class digital large format printers, most any size print on most any type of material can be provided. HugePosters has made available standard printed materials and standard print sizes. Should your requirement not be listed in any of the price matrix please use the custom quote link or chat option for a special quote.


custom print quantities?

If you don't see the quanity you require use the custom quote link or chat option for special quotes. Often times your quanity may not fit into quanity catagories. Be assured as in all printing, price is based on a per unit or piece bases.


file upload (what do I do)?

Following the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed information on your order. A link will be provided to see a complete invoice. Click this and when you are redirected to your order, there will be a file upload link in the upper right-hand corner. Click this to send files for that order. You may also access the order from your cart account on HugePosters.net. If you encounter problems or have questions, you may chat live with a representative or contact us via another method.


live chat (how does it work)?

HugePosters has customer service representives available during business hours (8:30 - 5:00) to respond promptly to any question you may have. Live chat is an effecient method of communicating with a writen paper trail reducing chance for error. Simply click on a live chat link and a representative will be with you as soon as possible. material?

As you have noticed, we have provided 3 materials that yield the best results for most all applictions (card, rigid vinyl and transparency material) and many choices for offset printing. There are hundreds of other stocks that can be printed to and should your job spec a different stock use the custom quote link or live chat for a custom quote. But remember, the best bang for the buck will be to use one of the stanard materials.


payment options?

Because of the nature of custom printing all orders are made by credit card on our secure shopping cart site.


quality (really...how good are we)?

95% of all HugePosters' prints come off the Hewlett Packart TurboJet printer. This world class printer is unsurpassed to quality of print and detail of text. Prints are 600dpi apparent, printing clear text as small as 8 point. And our other equipment is also state-of-the-art.


shipping?

Shipping is all UPS ground unless a large offset order is made. These orders may ship freight. Prices on grids do not include shipping but shipping information will be presented at checkout..


turnaround time (big posters with fast turnaround)?

All pricing in matrix is based on 3 day processing from acceptable file submission. Should any rework of file be performed by client or HugePosters, ship time will be based on acceptance. 3 days are business days and ship day would be the day following (some exceptions may apply based on backlog or size of order). All prices based on 3 day and conditions set forth.


expedited shipping?

One and two day ship follow same conditions as above. There is a 25% surcharge on two day and a 50% surcharge on one day shipping. Expedited orders must be placed thru live chat and a confirming order with price will be provide to the client prior to printing or the order.
